The International Research Institute for Diplomacy, Education, and Peace Studies, the Alliance for Traditional Values and Religious Freedom, the Academy of Ecosocial Technologies, the Nravstvennoral Solidarity International Movement, and the Peacekeeping Force “Green Helmets” held the 2026 European Legal Forum online in Bern, Switzerland.
The European Charter of Nravstvennoral Solidarity and the Declaration of the Nravstvennoral Path of Humanity, which presents a global humane social project for the peoples of Europe and the world, were submitted for discussion to European society.
The Global Humane Social Project of the Nravstvennoral Path of Humanity invites all inhabitants of planet Earth to apply a new ethic in their personal behavior and the regulation of social relations, linked to the Global Ecological Principle (GEP): people do no harm to people and the environment. Every person becomes essential to society and the state. Normal people limit the arbitrary exercise of those without conscience in public authorities with the help of ecosocial technologies.
The Regulations for the International Nomadic Games Committee of the Nomadic and Sedentary Peoples of the World were submitted for discussion and evaluation at the 2026 European Forum. The topics for doctoral dissertation research aimed at restoring the system of international law, based on a new ethic based on the global ecological principle: man does no harm to man and the environment, have been submitted for approval.
An important focus of the forum is protecting the European and global community from epidemics of sociopathy and psychopathy, which draw citizens into destructive criminal practices, attacks on human rights and freedoms by administrative criminal groups (ACGs), and further lethal and destructive wars in Europe.

GLOBAL ETHICS
AS THE BASIS OF GLOBAL GOVERNANCE
Before talking about global governance, we need to define global ethics. This is what the military-scientific school of V.A. Chigirev and P.I. Yunatskevich claims. It offers a new ethic for the way out of the crisis of all world systems, connected with global ecology: man should not harm man and the environment.
The vocabulary of heads of state, transnational and national corporations, and international organizations includes the utilitarian ethic of seeking profitable deals.
However, relationships, including trade relationships, built on pragmatism alone (utilitarianism, monetarism, the primacy of the material over the spiritual) lead to the collapse of all deals. The scale of the crisis in business relations begins to grow when sociopaths (people without conscience and compassion) and psychopaths (people with obvious character defects, because of which they harm everyone around them) sneak into politics. They destroy all international treaties and agreements, do not fulfill their obligations, betray and sell each other out.

Для меня большая честь выступать сегодня по теме «Олимпиада народов мира: единение, мир, доверие». Эта тема исключительно актуальна: в современном мире, полном конфликтов и разобщённости, спорт способен стать мощным инструментом единения народов, укрепления мира и взаимного доверия между странами.
Однако, прежде чем говорить о позитивной роли спорта, важно признать проблемы, с которыми столкнулось мировое спортивное движение. Сегодня спорт переживает нравственный кризис.

Moral Policy
The international movement "Moral Solidarity" has developed a Declaration of Moral Policy for the leaders of states and peoples of the world. It is proposed to discuss this declaration and adopt it as an ethical basis for the national and international policy of the EU member states.

Глобальный гуманитарный проект «Нравственный путь человечества»
ООН призвана укоренять идею защиты мира в сознании людей, поскольку мир, основанный на экономических и политических соглашениях правительств, не сможет завоевать единодушной, прочной и искренней поддержки народов. Он должен базироваться на интеллектуальной и нравственной солидарности человечества.
Для решения поставленной ООН в Резолюции A/RES/73/329 от 25 июля 2019 года задачи по формированию культуры мира в духе любви и нравственности используются практические положения Декларации нравственного пути человечества.
Государствам, общественным и частным организациям, гражданам предлагается принять участие в обсуждении и принятии декларации «Нравственный путь человечества».
Нравственный путь человечества – это глобальный гуманитарный проект, реализуемый международным движением «Нравственная солидарность» под лозунгом «За то, чтобы всем!», то есть, чтобы каждый человек принимал участие в справедливом и нравственном распределении благ и ресурсов.
Богатые на нравственном пути станут еще богаче, а бедные перестанут бедствовать.
Человек перестанет вредить себе, другим людям и среде обитания. Он будет созидать для себя, других людей и среды обитания. Путь в такое светлое будущее может быть только нравственным, отвечающим нравственному правилу «Три С»:
С1 - не вредить себе
С2 - не вредить соседям
С3 - не вредить среде
ни мыслью (М), ни словом (С), ни делом (Д);
созидать для себя, соседей, среды мыслью, словом, делом:
С1 + С2 + С3
М + С + Д
